As pet owners we treat pets as members of our family. When a loyal pet passes away, pet owners are left with difficult decisions.  Pet cremation is an alternative to past practices, which may not be permitted due to city ordinances.  Cremation will allow you to keep your pet’s ashes as a keepsake, or give you the opportunity to receive the final closure you desire.

Wasatch Family Pet provides pet owners many alternatives to backyard burial or other means of parting with your loyal companion. Pet cremation is an accepted and honorable way to memorialize your pet.  It also prevents you from leaving a beloved pet behind should you relocate.

When the time comes Wasatch Family Pet, Veterinarians, and hospital staff Cute Dog and Catwill be there every step of the way.  Everyday occurrences require us to show a degree of trust with those whom we may not be familiar with.  Childbirth requires trust in a hospital staff.  During a major surgery we surrender consciousness and trust in our doctors.  In death we must also trust strangers to ensure the care of our loved ones is done with respect and dignity.  Let the trusted and caring staff at Wasatch Family Pet Services provide your pet the afterlife care they deserve.

I just had my second dog in two years cremated, Dave Robinson, owner of Wasatch family pet services, is the most caring trustworthy person I know. They have many services available, my vetranary (Animal care west in Roy ), doesn’t offer his services, but I will always use his services. Dave is a great friend and does a wonderful job, he offers whatever service puts you at ease. Thank you once again Dave.

After searching for a place that could accommodate my pet cremation needs it was such a relief to find Wasatch Pet Services. David & Jess were considerate, helpful and very professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were transparent in their practices. When dealing with the tender situation of losing my Boobah I honestly felt as if they did care and wanted to assist in making the transition as smooth as possible. I support that they are a family run business and that they have the utmost integrity! I am pleased with the results and will be recommending their services!

On February 3rd 2017, my wife and I lost our little girl, Lily. She was a beautiful blonde Shi-tzu, she had just turned 6 and we assumed that she still had a long life ahead of her. Her passing was extremely unexpected and we took it very hard. It is now the 2nd of November and I am just now able to write this comment without falling apart. It has taken this long to overcome our lose to the point that we can reminisce, and celebrate her life. We are extremely grateful for the time we were able to share with her. She was the source of much joy and companionship to our family and all those who got to know her.
Our experience at Wasatch family pet was much more than we were expecting. From the very beginning they were caring, understanding and very professional. It was apparent by our treatment that this was not just a business to them but, something they were very passionate about. They went above and beyond anything we were expecting. Losing our Lily was difficult to say the least but, it was made easier by Dave and his son Jess. We can never thank them enough for what they did for us and the kind way in which they treated us. They are truly hero’s in our eyes.

I lost my 12 year old kitty, Bitty Boy, on February 6th 2018. It was very unexpected as he was not sick. I was at a loss for where to take him as I have only lived here for 3 years. So, I did a search online. Wasatch Family Pet Services was the only place that did not charge extra because of his weight (25 lbs). I was able to make arrangements with Jess and brought my Bitty Boy in the next day. They were very kind and understanding. Jess walked me through the process and helped me to decide which paw print to choose. Both the engraved wood box and the paw print turned out beautifully. I was able to grieve easier knowing Bitty was in good hands. I am so greatful for the amazing job they did. Thank you so much for helping me through this awful loss.

I took my loyal and great friend of 11 + years to Dave and Jess at Wasatch Pet Services. They were very caring and compassionate. They took the time to explain the process of cremation and answer all my questions. We shared stories of our dogs and how much these fluff balls effect our lives. Jess, asked about my family and seemed genuinely concerned about our loss. Everyone I talked to was very professional and caring. Wasatch Pet Services will always have my business.
